Wherever you are in your pole journey, we’ve got you covered! From beginner moves, to expert flips, tumbles, and regrips, from conditioning to choreo, we will help you reach new heights.
Pole 1
You’ll be introduced to the foundations of pole movement, focusing on building confidence, coordination, and body awareness on the apparatus. This level emphasizes beginner spins, foundational transitions, pole sits, and introductory climbing mechanics as you develop safe movement patterns and learn how to properly engage with the pole.
Prerequisites: Show up, try things, repeat.
Pole 2
In this class you will continue to build strength, control, and climbing efficiency as you progress into foundational inversions and introductory upside-down shapes. This level focuses on developing clean invert technique, leg hangs, and transitional movement while linking skills together with greater confidence and flow.
Prerequisites: Ability to support bodyweight on the pole with control for 3+ seconds, demonstrate controlled tuck mechanics, perform beginner spins confidently on both sides, show basic climb mechanics on both lead sides, complete a controlled pole sit, and demonstrate general body awareness and readiness for inversion work.
Pole 3
In Pole 3, you will progress into advanced inversions, strength-based holds, and dynamic combinations as you work with fewer points of contact and greater control in the air. This level introduces aerial entries, shoulder mount progressions, and more complex shapes that challenge endurance, fluidity, and technical precision.
Prerequisites: Ability to climb efficiently and side climb on both sides; consistent basic invert, controlled inside and outside leg hangs, crucifix control, butterfly familiarity, and understanding of safe exits from inverted positions.
Pole 4
For the souls who are comfortable on the pole and in the air. Here you will learn moves that require fewer points of contact, drops, tumbles, dynamic flows and transitions as well as more extreme strength and flexibility tricks. For the highest-level athlete who can combine strength, power, and flow.
Prerequisites: Consistent shoulder mount, controlled aerial invert, strong extended butterfly/inverted D hold, confident inside and outside leg hangs, ability to link intermediate/advanced combinations with control, and solid understanding of safe exits and self-correction in inverted positions.
SPIN POLE
You spin me right round, baby right round! This class caters to all with fun moves and combos on spin pole. Grip strength, core, upper body and skin conditioning are trained with new climbs and skills. Moves are modified to suit the level you are working at.
Prerequisites: Must be Pole 2 or above to join.
Pole Flow
A class focused on floorwork and transitions, explore the fluidity and grace of your motions. Get ready to come and learn a new piece of choreography every week. Learn new poses and tricks that explore your relationship with the floor and pole. The style and music will change, come prepared with kneepads to absorb potential impact of floorwork. Dancing will be done on and off the pole to explore styles and play with new skills. Heels optional.
Prerequisites: Minimum of 6 Pole 1 classes.
Heels & Flow
From beginner to pro this class caters to all levels with on the pole and floor conditioning. Learn and review things like body waves, heel clacks, kips, and floor based tricks. Ankle stability, core strength, and fluidity are focused on to improve your skills and comfort in heels. Moves are modified to suit what you are working on in this total body workout.
Prerequisites: Kneepads are required, heels are encourage
Hypnotic Flow (Intermediate+)
In this class you will build on your existing heels foundations to learn fun and challenging sequences that will improve your lines, heel technique, and presence as a performer. Heels are not mandatory but highly encouraged. Occasionally we will utilize leg grip on the pole.
Knee pads and heels are required.
Prerequisites: Ability to support full bodyweight through the arms; and comfort with basic spins and transitions on the pole while wearing platform shoes.
F*CK AROUND FRIDAY
F.A.F. is a class like no other. Every other Friday, the instructor and class content will change– the vibe is completely in the hands of the instructor and whatever energy they’re bringing that day. One week might be flowy and sensual, the next might be grounded and gritty, and sometimes it’s just pure creative chaos in the best way.
No two F.A.F. classes are ever the same. Don’t get FOMO—show up and see what unfolds. We recommend bringing kneepads and shoes, as they may be used depending on the class style. (Class is not necessarily a pole based class)
Prerequisites: Must have attended at least 6 classes.
Sh*t Up & Dance
Shut Up and Dance turns things up a notch. This is a higher-intensity flow class that blends movement, stamina, and dynamic transitions into continuous choreography. Expect to move longer, flow harder, and explore more challenging sequences that build endurance, control, and performance quality. We recommend bringing kneepads and shoes, as they may be used depending on the flow.
Prerequisites: Must be Pole 2 or higher and have attended at least 6-8 Pole Flows or Heels & Flow or Hypno Flow
Open Studio (Pole)
For individuals who are ready to explore their apparatus on their own. An instructor will be present for supervision as students warm up, condition and train whatever they have learned in class. Come prepared with a plan of things you would like to work on to best utilize your time. Practices are 90 minutes.
Baby Brunch
Baby brunch is a pre- and post-natal class designed to gently combine open practice and structured exercises. In this class you will work through exercises that are designed to help those who are expecting, have recently delivered or who have tiny humans with them all day. From kegels to deep squats, learn what is safe for you on and off the apparatus as you journey through parenthood.
We understand that giving birth and raising young kids is a challenge, so babies and toddlers are welcome to join with you. Baby brunch is 2 hours long so that you can attend around an unpredictable nap schedule, you are not obligated to stay the entire duration.
Important: A parent must be present and watching their child at all times. This class is open to those of all genders and gender presentations.
HOOP & AERIALS
We offer hoop (lyra) classes for students of all levels in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. Come join us today!

Hoop 1
Your hoop journey starts here, learn the basics of lyra and strength training. You will learn how to pose, spin and move within and under the hoop while building the strength and confidence necessary to invert.
Prerequisites: Just don’t say “I can’t” before you try!
Hoop 2
You’ll begin to explore more dynamic movement and intermediate shapes as you build fluidity in the air. This level introduces new combinations, along with your first opportunities to work above the hoop, unlocking a whole new perspective of movement and flow.
Prerequisites: Supported ball invert, pullover, and straddle invert; unsupported double knee hang; controlled exits; and familiarity with basic mounts (hocks, single knee) and basic sits.
Hoop 3
This is where things level up. Expect higher demands on strength, flexibility, and control as you work with fewer points of contact and more dynamic pathways. You’ll be introduced to drops, rolls, and flips, adding power and momentum to your aerial vocabulary.
Prerequisites: Skin the Cat (hips below elbows), unsupported pullover, unsupported straddle invert, and supported single knee hang. Beat to sit control, front and back balances (hands-free).
Hoop Strength and Flow
Want to improve your transitions? Looking to smooth out your floor-to-hoop flow? Ready to learn new moves and get creative with them? This mixed- level class is designed to help you build strength, refine technique, and explore your own style. It’s request- and game-based, so you’ll have the chance to focus on your individual goals while keeping things fun and dynamic. To make the most of your experience, please ask the instructor to add you to their Instagram group, where you can submit goals and requests at least 48 hours in advance.
Prerequisites: Must have completed at least 8 Hoop 1 classes.
Hammock 1
Come build your strength, flexibility, and coordination as you explore fundamental shapes and transitions on the aerial hammock. You’ll challenge both body and mind while “puzzling” your way through sequences in a supportive, engaging environment.
This class is suitable for all levels. If you’re looking for a slower, more meditative experience with gentle stretching and light strengthening, we recommend choosing an aerial yoga class instead.
Prerequisites: None, just you and a little curiosity!
Silks 1
Aerial silks (also known as “fabric” or “tissue”) uses two lengths of fabric suspended from the ceiling. In this class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of wrapping, climbing, and creating secure holds and locks using the silks. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and body awareness as you work toward basic climbs, foot locks, and introductory inversions- all while exploring the feeling of moving and shaping your body in the air.
Prerequisites: An open mind and zero expectations (just show up).
Silks 2
In Silks Level 2, you’ll build on foundational skills by developing stronger climbs, cleaner foot locks, and more confident control in the air. You’ll begin linking movements together into simple sequences while exploring more dynamic shapes and transitions. This level also introduces controlled inversions and more time spent off the ground, helping you grow strength, endurance, and fluidity as you start to move with more intention and flow in the silks.
