HOOP & AERIALS

Come climb, turn, tumble, and flip with us. Acrobatics are way more fun when you are in the air!

Hoop 1

Your hoop journey starts here, learn the basics of lyra and strength training. You will learn how to pose, spin and move within and under the hoop while building the strength and confidence necessary to invert.

Prerequisites: Just don’t say “I can’t” before you try!

Hoop 2

You’ll begin to explore more dynamic movement and intermediate shapes as you build fluidity in the air. This level introduces new combinations, along with your first opportunities to work above the hoop, unlocking a whole new perspective of movement and flow.

Prerequisites: Supported ball invert, pullover, and straddle invert; unsupported double knee hang; controlled exits; and familiarity with basic mounts (hocks, single knee) and basic sits.

Hoop 3

This is where things level up. Expect higher demands on strength, flexibility, and control as you work with fewer points of contact and more dynamic pathways. You’ll be introduced to drops, rolls, and flips, adding power and momentum to your aerial vocabulary.

Prerequisites: Skin the Cat (hips below elbows), unsupported pullover, unsupported straddle invert, and supported single knee hang. Beat to sit control, front and back balances (hands-free).

Hoop Strength and Flow

Want to improve your transitions? Looking to smooth out your floor-to-hoop flow? Ready to learn new moves and get creative with them? This mixed- level class is designed to help you build strength, refine technique, and explore your own style. It’s request- and game-based, so you’ll have the chance to focus on your individual goals while keeping things fun and dynamic. To make the most of your experience, please ask the instructor to add you to their Instagram group, where you can submit goals and requests at least 48 hours in advance.

Prerequisites: Must have completed at least 8 Hoop 1 classes.

Hammock 1

Come build your strength, flexibility, and coordination as you explore fundamental shapes and transitions on the aerial hammock. You’ll challenge both body and mind while “puzzling” your way through sequences in a supportive, engaging environment.

This class is suitable for all levels. If you’re looking for a slower, more meditative experience with gentle stretching and light strengthening, we recommend choosing an aerial yoga class instead.

Prerequisites: None, just you and a little curiosity!

Silks 1

Aerial silks (also known as “fabric” or “tissue”) uses two lengths of fabric suspended from the ceiling. In this class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of wrapping, climbing, and creating secure holds and locks using the silks. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and body awareness as you work toward basic climbs, foot locks, and introductory inversions- all while exploring the feeling of moving and shaping your body in the air.

Prerequisites: An open mind and zero expectations (just show up).

Silks 2

In Silks Level 2, you’ll build on foundational skills by developing stronger climbs, cleaner foot locks, and more confident control in the air. You’ll begin linking movements together into simple sequences while exploring more dynamic shapes and transitions. This level also introduces controlled inversions and more time spent off the ground, helping you grow strength, endurance, and fluidity as you start to move with more intention and flow in the silks.

F*ck Around Friday

F.A.F. is a class like no other. Every other Friday, the instructor and class content will change– the vibe is completely in the hands of the instructor and whatever energy they’re bringing that day. One week might be flowy and sensual, the next might be grounded and gritty, and sometimes it’s just pure creative chaos in the best way.

No two F.A.F. classes are ever the same. Don’t get FOMO—show up and see what unfolds. We recommend bringing kneepads and shoes, as they may be used depending on the class style. (Class is not necessarily a pole based class)

Open Studio (Aerial)

For individuals who are ready to explore their apparatus on their own. An instructor will be present for supervision as students warm up, condition and train whatever they have learned in class. Come prepared with a plan of things you would like to work on to best utilize your time. Practices are 90 minutes.

Baby Brunch

Baby brunch is a pre- and post-natal class designed to gently combine open practice and structured exercises. In this class you will work through exercises that are designed to help those who are expecting, have recently delivered or who have tiny humans with them all day. From kegels to deep squats, learn what is safe for you on and off the apparatus as you journey through parenthood.

We understand that giving birth and raising young kids is a challenge, so babies and toddlers are welcome to join with you. Baby brunch is 2 hours long so that you can attend around an unpredictable nap schedule, you are not obligated to stay the entire duration.

Important: A parent must be present and watching their child at all times. This class is open to those of all genders and gender presentations.
